Who Makes the Shirts?

Who creates the designs?

The shirts we offer are all designed by everyday people like you! There are absolutely no restrictions on who can use our site. There is no fee to design and sell while using Teespring, which means that there's no need to be concerned with things like overhead cost.

Where are the tees printed? 

All of the designs featured on Teespring are printed on in the United States.  We have our own printing facility located in Hebron, Kentucky, where we fulfill about 80% of the production from our site. We also work with a handful of other printers who are all experts with printing on apparel. 

Where are the tees manufactured?

We offer a ton of different options in our designer, and a common inquiry we get is about which items are manufactured in the USA.  At the moment, we only offer one brand of item that is created in the USA - American Apparel.  Any item that is American Apparel brand is printed in the United Sates. 

Our primary tee, the Teespring Premium (private label) tee is manufactured primarily in Honduras.  

We only partner with suppliers who uphold respectable labor practices and social responsibility policies. If you are interested in the information regarding any other products, please refer to the Available Brands article. 

Payment & Shipping

Orders are printed and shipped when the time expires (April 17th).You can expect your package to arrive around 5 business days after the campaign finishes printing. Orders are mailed via first-class or priority mail.

Shipping costs $3.99 for the first apparel item and $2.00 for each additional apparel item.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Teespring guarantees a safe and secure checkout on it’s site. We use TRUSTe certified security and Norton Secured Technology.  We may ask for your billing and zip code information during check out to help us authenticate your purchase. Unfortunately if your card has been compromised elsewhere we cannot always prevent that card from being used on the site. Teespring takes these claims very seriously and will assist you in any way possible. Please reference the instances below to find out which steps to take in the event of possible fraudulent activity.

Charges on your account - Teespring will NEVER charge you for anything that you did not purchase. If you see any charges on your credit card or bank account marked as Teespring, please be sure that no one in your household has used your card and forgot to tell you. If you are sure this was fraudulent charge please reach out to our customer support team at support@teespring.com and be prepared to provide the following information:

 

What type of card was used to make the purchase (mastercard, visa, discover, etc.)

 

The last four digits of the card

the expiration date of the card

the date the purchase was made

and how much it was made for.  

Please be sure to specify if the transaction was made in USD or another form of currency.

Teespring will use this information to locate the order, refund your card, and mark the order as fraud. We also encourage you to reach out to your financial institution

Receiving an Item you didn’t Purchase- If you receive an item that you did not purchase in the mail, and are confident that this was not a gift from someone or a purchase made by someone you know, please be sure to contact our Customer Support team immediately at Support@teespring.com. Please be prepared to give them the tracking number from the package, this will ensure that our agents are able to locate the order.  Our Customer Support Agents will locate the order and make sure there are no errors in tracking before marking the package as Fraud. If you receive a package you did not order it does not necessarily mean that any of your information has been compromised, but it is always a good idea to review your information to be sure this has not occurred.

Returns & Refunds

REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

ILL FITS

If your order does not fit for any reason we are able to offer a reprint of your item in a different size, or offer a store credit - no return necessary within 30 days of receiving your order.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

RETURNS 

The only time we ask for a return is if you wish to cancel an order after it has already begun the printing process.  That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery. Please contact us to arrange the return prior to sending.
